To complete your replacement we require your name, your email, a receipt or proof of purchase, a picture of the wrong or damaged item, and the changes necessary to replace the order.
We only offer replacements for lost orders or faulty products. A refund will not be provided. Products are unique and produced to order, therefore, they are non-refundable. If there is a visible underbase or the print is peeling, that is not an issue with the design but with the print. These types of errors qualify for replacement. If you received a different item than you ordered, including incorrect colors, prints or wrong sizes, the order is eligible for replacement. Once an order has been sent to production you can no longer edit any details or cancel it. If the shipment details were incorrect or you ordered the wrong size or color, we are not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds.
If you have an issue with your order, you have to contact us at UncoverYourAncestry@gmail.com and provide all necessary information and photographic evidence. After investigating, we will determine if you are eligible to receive a replacement. Eligible replacements have no cost for you.
In case the package has been lost, the first thing to do is to check whether the submitted address is correct. If the address is correct, please make sure to contact the local post office. After both measures have been completed, please reach out to us as UncoverYourAncestry@gmail.com and we will investigate on our end and issue a replacement if we determine that there was no error on your part.
Sizing and Color Exchange
We do not offer sizing or color exchange. We do not issue replacements for garments being shorter/longer than in the sizing chart if they correspond to set tolerance.
